I don't rent a lot per month, how can I save money?
(A) Sometime you do and some time you don't, but if you
rent average 5 movies a month, you will save money on rental
and late fees.

Is it like Netflix?
(A) Kind of. But unlike Netflix, you won't have to wait
for any movies to get sent to you by mail. You have unlimited
access to rent what you want, when you want it, in our store.

Can I keep the movies indefinitely?
(A) You can keep the movies up to 21 days without any
late fees, however after twenty-one (21) days you will be charged
full price for the movie. Because we're a neighborhood video
store, and we need to keep copies of the movies for our other
customers to rent. So if we see one is not coming back, we will
replace it immediately. If you bring your movie back within
ten days of this charge. We will refund you the price of the
movies, minus a $5 re-stocking fee.

Can I rent more movies on top of my unlimited rental plan?
(A) Yes, you can! You can choose to rent movies at regular
cost at any time.

(A) If we don't have a titles you want in stock, Request
it at the counter and we will order it and expedite delivery,
