in 1998, Top Video World is one of the premiere movie rental
outlets in San Francisco Sunset District. With a current inventory
of over 9000 DVD and a growing library of Blu-ray Disc. Our
movies library grows daily as new titles take their places on
our shelves among our popular and classic collections.
From
the very beginning, we understand the resolutions in this rapidly
evolving and uncertain market will come from those who recognize
and acknowledge the challenges of the movies rental business
and from those who spend time understand & developing innovative
solutions. That is why our approach is different from our competitors,
we believed in customer-driven philosophy, adding value &
services, we also believed customer may not always be right,
but customer must always be satisfied.
Because
we takes a different approach from our competitors, we offers
our customers free rental renew up to seven days (in person
or by phone, new releases within 3 weeks old are not eligible
for renew), free disc cleaning services, additional rental
discount on all regular titles, discount on late fees (just
give us any excuse), reasonable rental rates, return movies
before closing time on due day and superior customer service.
If
you are tired of watching old flix from Roku's set-top box,
very long wait on your new release queue, "throttling" tactics,
rude customer service, wait by the mailbox for the next flix
to arrive and bogus "no late fees policy". Come to Top Video
